A few hundred resumes that I have seen this year while recruiting for a certain Denmark based e-commerce company, always have a standard set of skills and the core emphasis is on the number of design programs that a designer should know. Primarily because when I ask for opinions from friends and foes, they don’t see it from my perspective. 9 out of 10 people think its hard to read even though it has a lot of breathing space and it lacks color which is a major contradiction coming from a person who claims to be a creative and it gets hard to justify.
